Planning approval for a six storey building for a vacant site on the edge of Eindhoven's historic centre, 4,500m2. Discontinued.

Private House Extension, Waalre Brabant - Team of Three
Preliminary design for the extension of a luxury villa in the outskirts of Eindhoven, 180m2. Discontinued.

Private House Extension, Berlin Wansee - Team of Four
Preparation of a complex timber construction system for an existing house on Wansee, 36m2. Discontinued.

Design and construction drawings for the extension of an existing Irish national school, 400m2. Built.

Realisation competition for a housing complex on a large inner city site in the Northern Japanese city of Aomori.
Invited realisation competition for an office building in Hamburg's new harbour development.
Europan 6: realisation/ideas competition for the urban plan and architectural development of an inner peripheral area of Graz (Austria).
